ABOUT THE ROLE
The Salesforce Administrator at Fleetcare plays a crucial role in managing and optimising the Salesforce platform to support our sales processes and enhance customer relationship management. This position involves a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, ensuring that our Salesforce system is tailored to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Customising Salesforce applications to align with business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
* Managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data integrity and security across the platform.
* Providing ongoing support and training for users to maximise their understanding and utilisation of Salesforce features.
* Conducting regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new projects or enhancements related to Salesforce functionality.
* Developing reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Troubleshooting issues within the system promptly to minimise downtime and impact on operations.
* Staying updated with Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their relevance for Fleetcare's operations.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in our use of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the company.

* 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration
* Experience with Flows
* Experience with Reports & Dashboards
* Experience with User/security management
* Experience with Validation rules
* Experience with Custom objects and fields
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Experience supporting end users in a business environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Process-oriented mindset

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong documentation and organisational skills
* Experience with Service Cloud (desirable)
