Administration Manager – Performance & Operations

Envirocare Systems is a well-established local business, operating since 2000, with a close-knit team of 12 staff. We provide essential field services where reliability depends on accurate administration, strong communication and disciplined follow-through.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and capable Administration Manager to take full ownership of our core administrative and financial processes.

This is a senior, hands‐on role with real influence. You will play a key part in strengthening systems, improving accountability and ensuring the business runs efficiently and reliably – supporting our team to consistently deliver on our Always Reliable service standard.

* Own and oversee all administration, invoicing, payroll administration and accounts payable
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data
* Manage recurring billing, pricing reviews and process control
* Drive improvement in administration workflows and communication standards
* Strengthen coordination between Office, Service Coordinator and Field Technicians
* Identify and address process gaps, inefficiencies and revenue leakage
* Build and maintain strong follow‐up and accountability across the team
* Provide reliable reporting to support business performance and decision‐making

You are an experienced administration leader who takes ownership, sets standards and ensures things are done properly.

You are not just task‐focused – you actively identify issues, follow them through and implement practical improvements.

You are comfortable stepping into an environment where processes can be improved, and you take the initiative to make those improvements happen.

What You'll Bring to the Team

* Strong experience in administration leadership within a service, operational or field‐based business
* Solid background in invoicing, payroll and accounts processes
* Proven ability to improve systems, processes and team accountability
* High attention to detail combined with a practical, outcomes‐focused mindset
* Confidence to hold standards, follow up and address issues directly
* Clear, structured and effective communication skills
* Strong systems capability (Accounting platforms MYOB or Xero, Excel, Microsoft 365 tools)
* A strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Ability to identify problems early and take action
* A structured, disciplined and reliable approach
* Commercial awareness – understanding how errors impact revenue and efficiency

Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 + super (depending on experience)
