About The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high quality, customer-facing administrative services to support the effective operation of the office hub. As the first point of contact for consumers and visitors, both at reception and over the phone, this role provides welcoming, responsive and professional front‐of‐house services that reflect GPH's values.
This is a temporary full‐time parental leave relief role for twelve months with a possibility of extension.

Duties
* Provide responsive and professional front‐of‐house services
* Provide administration and business systems support for the overall day‐to‐day functioning of the office
* Work collaboratively with local service delivery teams and other administrative staff to provide support across GPH's programs
Skills & Experience
* Relevant qualifications in administration and/or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple service programs, including those that are newly tendered, by adapting quickly to changing requirements, maintaining compliance, and supporting continuity of service delivery
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in delivering high‐quality customer service in a front‐of‐house or consumer‐facing role
* Ability to engage effectively and respectfully with a wide diversity of people, including those experiencing mental health difficulties or distress
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently when required but also to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and understanding of confidentiality and privacy principles
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other software applications such as CIMS
