The Opportunity
Sales Consultants (known at Goodlife as Member Support Consultants/MSCs) are the energy behind our clubs. They're often the first person someone meets when they walk through the doors; the person who helps them take that first step toward a healthier, stronger life. This is a fast‐paced, people‐first role where your energy and drive make a real difference. You'll be the driving force behind new memberships at your club, meeting new people, inspiring them to start their fitness journey, and helping them commit to a healthier lifestyle. MSCs are at the centre of the club experience; welcoming members, driving membership growth, and creating a positive, supportive environment every day.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to the club sales budget by utilising sales promotions and referral campaigns.
* Generate and convert high‐quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
* Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
* Open and close the club as per the club roster.
* Actively engage in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
* Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged – recommending club‐based products that boost results and amplify their experience.
About you
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
* Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
* Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
* Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
* Customer‐focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
