This is a leadership role that requires an experienced professional to lead our new drive-thru operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 20-50 staff members and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the drive-thru operation, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively. This includes managing rosters, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from the Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20-50 staff members.
* Manage operations: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
* Develop team: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
* Monitor finances: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
* Support community: Run our Local Matters program to support local groups.
* Assistant management: Support your Restaurant Manager.
