* Designing smarter systems - evaluating, optimising and designing HVAC systems that balance health, comfort, compliance, energy efficiency and carbon neutrality.
* Collaborating across disciplines - working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver integrated, high-performing buildings.

What You Bring:
You're a team player with a passion for sustainable design, ready to lead and learn in equal measure. We're especially interested in experience with:
* More than 7+ years experience in Mechanical systems HVAC design (Chilled water systems, VRF, BMS, IES, Medical Gases, automation, etc.)
* Healthcare design using the WA Health Facility Guidelines
* Working to Australian codes and sustainability standards
* Clear communication, leading mechanical designs and strong project collaboration
* Ability for baseline clearance is desirable
