Job Description
STARISE ACCOUNTANTS PTY LTD is seeking a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Willetton, WA.
Responsibilities
* Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and IAS for companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders and individuals.
* Manage bookkeeping and payroll functions for clients.
* Assist clients with budgeting, cash flow forecasting and business performance analysis.
* Provide taxation advice and ensure compliance with Australian taxation legislation.
* Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies.
* Support clients with accounting software including Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks.
* Assist with business structuring, tax planning and financial reporting.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards.
* Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
* Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Benefits
Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation.
