Job Description
We are seeking a Placement and Engagement Manager to lead student placement and stakeholder engagement strategies across our Early Childhood Education programs.
* Sourcing, negotiating, and securing field placement opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates
* Overseeing placement quality and resolving issues when they arise
Beyond this, you will also manage our industry contact database, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and use host feedback to continuously improve the placement process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful, you will have:
* At least 3 years' experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
* A background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or program management
* An understanding of placement processes and compliance in higher education and/or VET
* A qualification in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage, but it's not essential if you bring the right mix of experience and industry knowledge
