We are looking for a 3IC/Third in Charge to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Wintergarden Store. Work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE
* Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
* Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
* Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
* Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
* A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
* A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
