Job Overview
This is a full-time customer-facing role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and sales support to customers in the residential building industry.
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and cash handling, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* They will also have a basic understanding of the timber and hardware market, although this is not essential as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safety protocols are always maintained.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders, etc.
3. Goods inwards procedures and stock replenishment, adhering to store retail standards.
4. Picking and packing orders efficiently.
5. Design and sell kitchens, with full training provided.
