Pure Environmental is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our operations across the Pilbara region. Based in Karratha, this key leadership role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant and high-quality waste management, industrial services and logistics operations.

The role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic planning and long-term growth across the region. You will lead a diverse operational team and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
* Lead waste, industrial services and logistics operations across the Pilbara
* Manage teams, workforce planning and day-to-day service delivery
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
* Oversee collections, fleet, plant and controlled waste activities
* Monitor performance, costs and KPIs, driving operational improvements
* Build strong relationships with clients and support business growth
* Contribute to budgeting, reporting and strategic initiatives
About you
You are a highly capable operational leader with a strong background in waste, logistics or heavy industry, and you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
* 5 – 10+ years' experience in waste management, logistics or industrial operations
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex operational environments
* Strong understanding of safety, compliance and environmental best practice
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance outcomes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change
