* Caseload: Work with both NDIS and private clients across the lifespan, starting with an 80/20 split of paediatrics to adults while you build confidence and capability.
o Paediatric Caseload: Early Intervention, ASD, AAC, Language, Literacy & Fluency
o Adult Caseload (Complex Clients): Speech disorders (articulation, phonology, dyspraxia, dysarthria), Voice, Language and communication impairments and rehabilitation for acquired/neurological conditions
* New Graduate Supportive:
o Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist (30+ years' experience)
o Gradual increase of caseload from when you start
o Workshadowing opportunities in the first few weeks
o No expectation to see complex clients initially; you will receive lots of support before you take on these clients

* Clinic & Community Split:
o 90% clinic‐based services in a well‐equipped setting

Qualifications
o Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
o Registered with Speech Pathology Australia membership
