The Role
You'll be joining a warm, community‐minded early learning centre that's deeply connected to its local region. The team is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and play‐rich environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging. Teaching is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, with a focus on relationships, exploration, and meaningful, child‐led learning. Who we're looking for
* Level 7 or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (NZ qualifications recognised in Australia*)
* Eligible for VIT registration
* Passionate about early learning and open to a new adventure
* Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogy
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
