Job Description
We are looking for AHPRA Registered Psychologists or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers who can deliver authentic, compassionate and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Medicare clients. The role is part‐time, hybrid: face‐to‐face sessions with an option for telehealth.
As a clinician, you will help individuals navigate work‐related injuries, stress, pain management and other occupational issues. This position offers excellent flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while avoiding the risk of burnout.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide evidence‐based mental health training, assessment and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals.
* Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers and employers to assist people in returning to work or re‐engaging with the community.
* Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* Psychologist Registered with AHPRA or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW).
* Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation and Worksafe VIC.
* Permanent residency in Australia.
* Passion for improving lives through work and health.
* Interest and willingness to work with workers‐compensation clients.
