Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Your primary focus will be on building and managing a live sales pipeline, securing at least 2 new active clients per month. You will also be expected to develop strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities through regular communication and outreach.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years sales experience, including managing and working a sales pipeline. You should be comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting, and possess a strong work ethic with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on our product, process, and ideal clients, as well as mentoring and support to help them get up to speed.
