Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, 7/7 12hr shifts

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training and assessments for safe, efficient underground service installation, maintenance, and repair in line with plans and safe working procedures
* Guide crews on service installation, task sequencing, quality, and safe work practices
* Provide practical training in ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and other infrastructure systems
* Identify hazards and improvement opportunities, promoting a strong safety culture
* Collaborate with supervisors to maintain accurate and compliant training materials and records
* Support training and operational needs across NSMS sites with flexible rosters
Qualifications & Experience
* Current C Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
* Minimum 3 years experience in underground service crew roles
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
* Experience in safe and efficient underground service installations
* Experience with ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and infrastructure installation
* Experienced in safely hanging and removing secondary ventilation fans
* Paste fill installation experience an advantage
* Good communication and coaching skills
