With 500+ employees across 35+ branches and targeted locations, Onsite is driven by a core set of values which support our customer-centric vision – together we grow.Job DescriptionIn this role you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained to relevant standards and maximise availability for hire through coordination of workshop staff. This role is based on site at one of our FMG branches on an 8:6 roster based out of Perth.This will position will have you showcasing your problem solving, customer service and administrative skills where no two days will be the same, reporting into the Branch Manager you will be responsible for:Tasks And ResponsibilitiesProviding workshop and servicing stats to the Branch Manager as requiredEnsuring daily branch management tasks are completed as required, including management of lost hire reporting and off-hire reviewsGather and collate KPIsRaising of PO’s for supplier purchasesAttend and conduct pre-starts and customer required meetings on siteCreating and managing hire contracts for new equipment hires, as well as off-hiringAssist Mechanical Team Leader to co-ordinate and facilitate equipment servicing schedules and breakdownsDesired Skills And ExperienceDesired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience in directing a team and managing service demandProven safety focused attitude and commitmentAbility to communicate clearly - oral and writtenAbility to manage multiple tasksProven customer relationship experienceExperience working on a FIFO basis (desirable, not essential)Hire industry experience (desirable, not essential)Benefits And PerksEmployee Recognition ProgramIncome Protection InsuranceNational career opportunitiesDiscounted Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Onsite is committed to achieving a diverse and socially inclusive workforce.Candidates may be requested to undergo pre-employment checks to confirm the candidates suitability for a role.
