The Role
You'll be involved in various aspects of the production process including:
Surface preparation, masking, hanging, and powder coating of metal components
General fabrication and assembly work across a range of metal products
Operation of workshop machinery such as
CNC press brake, guillotine, rollers, and welders
Inspection of completed work to ensure top-tier quality and finish standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with OHS requirements
Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to meet production targets

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
powder coating

Transferable trade skills such as
