About the role
As a Staffing Pool Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our teaching teams have the right people at the right time, delivering an outstanding learning experience for students. You will coordinate and manage a dynamic pool of class support staff while balancing demand, availability, skills and cost to enable seamless delivery across Skills Teams.
About you
You are organised, adaptable and solution‐focused, with experience in rostering, workforce coordination or resource planning in a large complex organisation. You manage competing priorities with ease, build strong stakeholder relationships, and use data to inform decisions.
