We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day to day office operations
* Assist with co-ordinating schedules and appointments
* Liaise with Project Manager, Office staff, trades and clients
* Writing of reports and uploading to relevant platforms
* Monitor and update job files to assist in the smooth running of projects
* Support team members where necessary
* Confirm and order materials and supplies where necessary
About you:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills is essential
* Ability to prioritise and multitask to ensure deadlines are met
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook with the ability to learn new platforms
* Have a positive attitude and willingness to assist with added tasks
This is a part time position hours per week) with the potential to lead to more hours in the future.
