Role Overview
This full-time role is for an industry professional seeking a challenging opportunity to grow their career in sales.
You will be responsible for managing event sales, liaising with clients, and delivering successful outcomes. You will have exposure to various domestic and international markets, engaging in different types of business and social event enquiries.
Main Responsibilities
* Respond to and manage event sales enquiries
* Quote and contract events
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Communicate event details across associated divisions
* Manage and yield events to achieve targets
Required Skills
* Qualifications in Marketing, Event Management or Sales are desired but not essential
* Previous experience in similar roles involving events and/or sales enquiries and coordination
* Proficient Microsoft Office user, with knowledge of IVvy Events Management or similar CRM software programs
* Demonstrated experience converting sales enquiries into bookings
* Proactive approach to sales
* Experience solving logistics
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Time management and ability to meet deadlines
