CoreStaff Darwin has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst Resource.
Our Client is a government-owned corporation that transmits and distributes electricity, and provides water and sewerage services across the Northern Territory.
About the Role & Responsibilities
* Review asset lists, filter records, collate condition and specification data, and define corrective actions in the primary system.
* Review historical work order lists to confirm relevant failure records and failure classifications.
* Produce asset data set of known gaps to support collection by others.
* Lead upload of collected data to the primary data system.
Switchboards
* Define Maximo asset extract query.
* Review and input asset condition data sourced from Doform inspection data.
* Review and input PEV inspection spreadsheet as secondary condition datapoint into Maximo.
* Review financial work order transaction data for asset class OPEX and CAPEX cost and failure data.
Tanks
* Define Maximo asset extract query.
* Collate asset condition data sourced from inspections.
* Collect all condition inspection data from stakeholders or documented inspection not yet entered into Maximo.
* Collate all water quality data against assets.
* Review financial work order transaction data for asset class OPEX and CAPEX cost and failure data.
Water Reticulation Pipes
* Collate pipe asset extract from GIS.
* Collate work order extracts from Maximo.
* Review financial work order transaction data for asset class OPEX and CAPEX cost and failure data.
Bores
* Complete an asset extract from Maximo or GIS.
* Collate all water quality data against assets.
* Collect bore master data sheet from Hydro planning team to upload to Maximo.
* Review and input asset condition data into Maximo.
* Review financial work order transaction data for asset class OPEX and CAPEX cost and failure data.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience working with large data sets, including filtering, classification and consolidation of data.
* Ability to engage with stakeholders to collect asset specifications and asset-related data.
* Preferred experience extracting and interpreting data from asset management systems.
* Preferred experience in Asset Management within Water & Sewer utility.
