In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic while creating a welcoming experience for our patients.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced and energetic clinic running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for our patients. You'll be responsible for:
* Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Managing appointments and calendars with accuracy.
* Handling phone inquiries, payments, invoices, and stock orders.
* Supporting sales and marketing efforts.
* Taking care of general cleaning and office tasks.

* Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is desirable, though not essential, as attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Hours: 17 hours per week. 8.00am to 5.00 pm Monday's & Wednesday's.
Start Date: Monday 29th June with training commencing the 15th June until 28th June.
