About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide meaningful, in‐home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Your daily tasks will include:
Responsibilities
* Personal care
* Domestic assistance
* Transport to appointments or activities
* Social and community support
* Support clients with complex needs (with full training provided)
What You'll Need
* A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
* A personal smartphone for shift‐related tasks
* A safe, reliable vehicle
Qualifications
* Hold a minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
* Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
* Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
* Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
* Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or be willing to apply)
* Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
* Hold a current First Aid Certificate
* Have a valid driver's licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
