We're partnering with a founder-led brand that has built a category-leading position in eco-friendly baby and kids dining products, largely on the back of Amazon. Now at the point where the next chapter of growth isn't more Amazon optimisation. It's retail, wholesale, TikTok Shop, DTC, and new geographies.
About You
* Scaled a consumer brand through the $20M–$100M range - you've lived the chaos of that growth phase
* Expanded a brand from an e-commerce or Amazon-first model into retail and wholesale - you know what it takes to land and grow shelf space
* Owned a P&L and built a team - you've hired, managed, and retained good people in a lean environment
* Worked in or around the kids, baby, or family category - you understand the customer and the channel dynamics
* Managed supply chain complexity - bonus points for China manufacturing experience
* Launched or scaled emerging channels - TikTok Shop, DTC, social commerce, new international markets
What you'll own
Day-to-day operations across every function. Revenue growth across Amazon and new channels. The retail and wholesale expansion strategy. TikTok Shop USA (launching now). A team you'll build from 6 to whatever the business needs. China manufacturing relationships. The P&L. The culture.
