About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Administration Coordinator to join the Centre Management team at Canberra Outlet.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast‐paced retail environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers, retailers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the centre through reception management, administration support, financial administration, sales reporting, and retailer communication.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional front desk and customer service support to customers, retailers, contractors, and suppliers
* Coordinate day‐to‐day centre administration including mail, records management, supplies, and general office support
* Support the Administration Manager with client reporting requirements, sales reporting, and centre administrative functions
* Assist with financial administration including purchase orders, invoicing, vendor setup, and arrears correspondence
* Maintain strong communication and compliance processes across centre operations, including contractor sign‐ins, incident reporting, and WHS procedures
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous administration experience with a strong customer service focus
* Experience within retail shopping centres or property environments (highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
