We are excited to offer an experienced Senior Property Manager position at a well‐established real estate business in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. This role will manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties, supported by dedicated field and administration resources, allowing you to focus on relationship management and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a residential property portfolio of approximately 180 properties
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
* Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communication
* Managing lease renewals, arrears, and portfolio compliance
* Conducting portfolio reviews and ensuring exceptional client service delivery
* Working closely with support staff to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations
* Contributing to team culture and ongoing department growth
* Assisting with leadership responsibilities as future progression opportunities arise
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
* Strong knowledge of Victorian property management legislation and compliance
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Highly organised with strong time management abilities
* Professional presentation and customer service focus
* Positive, team‐oriented attitude
* Desire to progress into leadership in the future
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate and valid driver's licence
