About the Position
Reporting to a Team Leader, we are seeking experienced Housekeepers to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis. As part of our household services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our properties.
The Role
* Ensure that all areas of the facilities are clean and maintained at a high standard.
* Clean floors by vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
* Dust, polish, and perform general tidying tasks.
* Clean bathroom facilities.
* Assist residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables, and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room.
* Contribute to the provision of a safe, efficient, and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
* Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities may include:
* Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
* Operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
* Following established cleaning procedures.
* Providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20 kg).
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Current First Aid certification.
