Position
Due to succession planning, the Associate Director / Senior Business Services Manager position has been created. There is genuine progression to partnership in the short-term future.
Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the partner to grow the current fee base
* Manage client relationships
* Manage workflow
* Mentor, coach and guide a high performing team
Candidate
Required qualifications and attributes:
* 12+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
* Strong technical tax ability
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
