The Role
We're on the hunt for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Sales Support Officer to join our growing team in our Canning Vale office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our wholesale clients, helping manage day-to-day communication and supporting the sales cycle with accuracy and professionalism.
You'll receive full product and industry training to help you thrive in the fast-moving solar sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
* Provide timely and professional support to existing B2B customers.
* Prepare quotations and offer product or technical support where authorised.
* Accurately enter customer orders into the system and ensure follow-through.
* Proactively identify and develop potential sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Operations, Accounts) to support a smooth customer experience.
* Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and ensure CRM records are up to date.
What We're Looking For
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer-first mindset with a friendly and professional phone manner.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
* Great attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).

Experience in solar or B2B environments is a bonus, but not essential.
