The Role
* Managing a portfolio of 120 properties - easy, clean portfolio
* End-to-end portfolio duties with assistance
* Dedicated Administrator and Trust Accountant in the office
* Entry & exit condition reports
* Routine inspections
* Lease administration
* Liaising with tenants & landlords
* Minimal maintenance duties required
* Support with compliance
The Successful Candidate
* 2+ years of Property Management experience
* VIC Agents Rep
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Valid driver's license
