Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a sales motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to interact with customers, and computer literacy skills. They will also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have a positive can do attitude.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and assisting them in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs. They will also process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and inspect vehicles before and after rental periods. Additionally, they will achieve or exceed sales targets, maintain knowledge of current promotions and services, and build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles as based on their preferences and needs
* Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
* Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods
* Achieve or exceed sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
* Car rental experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
* Computer literacy skills required
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
* Current and ongoing Australian work rights
* A positive can do attitude
