Main Responsibilities
1. Provide top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Manage inventory control by maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels and making adjustments as necessary.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Cert III in Retail qualification or equivalent experience.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office software.
