Overview
Resthaven's Mitcham Residential Services is seeking a Clerical Support to join their dynamic administration team on a permanent part-time basis working from 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday-Friday.
Specialising in roster management, this diverse and fast paced role encompasses responsibilities including rostering, maintaining staff records and training schedules and relieving reception duties.

* Administrative skills and experience in rostering, front-of-house reception, and cash handling are desirable.
* IT skills - must be fluent with computers and able to learn software quickly, working with rostering and leave programs.
* Communication skills - have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients.
* Possess strong customer service skills as you will be working with and negotiating with people on a daily basis.
* Holding a Certificate III In Business Administration is highly desirable
* Advanced skills in Bookkeeping or accounting would be of advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level with a typing speed of 45wpm with high accuracy
* Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
