About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing occupational therapy services to clients and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Job Description:
* Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with varying needs and abilities.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to clients' unique goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
* Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote client independence and participation in daily activities.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based research to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Recent graduate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
* AHPRA Registration or have applied for it.
* NDISWC / WWCC (or willing to apply).
* Access to a vehicle and current driver's license.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
