About the Role
We're seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Coordinator to join our close-knit team — someone who's technically minded, commercially astute, and confident engaging with engineers, councils, and designers to deliver elegant, practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote Multipole and other company products across target markets.
* Develop new business with electrical wholesalers, project companies (e.g. Stockland, Lendlease) and key stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with councils, government departments, telcos, lighting designers, civil engineers, and landscape architects.
* Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
* Monitor and download government tenders and assist with submission preparation.
* Respond promptly to client technical enquiries with professionalism.
* Collaborate closely with the industrial design team on project solutions.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar technical sales or operational role.
* Proven B2B sales background in related industries.
* Previous experience in the manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of industrial processes and products.
* Ability to read plans and specifications and discuss designs and technical solutions with confidence.
* Intermediate-level ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
* Strong written, verbal, and numeracy skills to produce professional proposals.
* Solid project management and client relationship capabilities.
* Initiative to work both independently and within a small, supportive team.
* Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights are essential.

* Trade qualification in a relevant technical discipline is required.
