This position sits at the centre of a complex supply chain and logistics program, driving the end‑to‑end technical delivery of SAP and integrated systems across multiple site deployments. You will lead system build, integration, and deployment across SAP ECC, S/4 EWM, TM and a broader ecosystem of logistics and warehouse technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable, aligned to architecture, and delivered to a high standard. What you’ll be doing Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery across SAP ECC, S/4 EWM, TM and integrated platforms Own technical alignment across SAP, middleware, APIs, EDI and external partner systems Manage development activities across internal teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors Oversee interface design, build, and deployment to ensure seamless integration across systems Ensure technical designs align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance Maintain design integrity across multi‑site deployments and resolve technical constraints Support testing cycles, defect management, cutover planning, and hypercare activities Manage environments, transport, and migration processes across the program lifecycle Provide technical guidance and leadership to site IT teams, vendors, and delivery stakeholders What you’ll bring 5 years’ experience leading technical delivery within large-scale SAP or enterprise transformation programs Deep hands-on experience with SAP S/4 EWM and SAP TM (configuration, enhancement, integration) Strong SAP development expertise across ABAP, Fiori, PI/PO, BTP, IDocs and APIs Proven ability to manage system integrators and vendor-led delivery Strong understanding of integration patterns, performance optimisation & environment management Experience delivering multi-site rollouts in complex operational environments (FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing preferred) Technically credible and hands-on, with the ability to navigate between architecture and delivery Strong communication and problem-solving skills — able to translate business needs into robust technical solutions Interested?
