About the roleReporting StructureReporting into the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maximising profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products within regional NSW. This includes maintaining strong customer relationships, deploying effective product and sales promotions. The role will focus on identifying opportunities within specific market segments, ensuring competitive pricing, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of Cyclone's rural product offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesMaximise profit and sales volume for Cyclone Rural Products within your designated region.Maintain and improve relationships with key customers and distributor networks to support sales growth.Develop and implement regional sales plans, including promotions and incentives for each market segment.Achieve regional sales targets, including budgeted tonnes and average sales prices.Provide market and competitor feedback by regularly updating the Salesforce database and reporting insights to the National Sales Manager.Manage regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities.Provide timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process.Candidate AttributesA rural background, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs of rural customers; experience in selling rural products is a bonus.Familiarity with wire products, their processes, and industry standards is a plus.A passion for achieving targets and personal development.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations.A resourceful approach to identifying and resolving challenges.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and plan for success.Key BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits available to all employees.
