You will join team of 60 allied health clinicians, including Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Social Worker, Chaplain, ALO.

NT - Locum Speech Pathologist – Community Paediatrics ASAP start for 3-5 months $70-$80 per hour + super Community, outreach and indigenous caseload Experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist required for 3-5 month locum in Central Australia.
The role is to start ASAP.
You'll be part of a team of 10 clinicians including 4 Speech Pathologists, 4 Occupational Therapists and 2 Physiotherapists.
You will cover a caseload including: Children 0-18 years with development delays in a community setting Outreach to remote indigenous communities as part of multidisciplinary team The team provides allied health services (SP, OT and PT) to children 0-18 years living in Central Australia.
They service the urban area as well as the remote communities of Central Australia.
As part of the role the therapist is required to travel to remote communities for up to a week at a time, approximately once a month.
The caseload is varied and complex, and when in a remote community, the therapist will be the sole Speech Pathologist on the ground and so 2-3 years relevant experience is required.
They are a great team and work very collaboratively with each other and the many stakeholders and other providers involved in the lives of the children and families that they see.
Locum rates between $70-$80 per hour + super (depending on experience).
You'll work Monday – Friday.
A driving license is required for this role.
A car will be provided for work purposes.
This is a senior level role, relevant experience is a MUST.
The location is a great base for exploring the natural wonders of the Outback including: Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon, the West MacDonnell Ranges and the Larapinta Trail, the Simpson Desert and the gorgeous NT watering holes.
It's also a fascinating spot to explore Australia's Aboriginal culture.
