Ongoing clinical support at the bedside and specialised education, in affiliation with Deakin University, provides the opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment. By joining our team, you will develop a strong clinical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive high quality care.* Gain a nationally recognised Post Graduate qualification in critical Care in collaboration with Deakin University.* Learn how to think critically, quickly and calmly in a range of emergency situations.* Gain invaluable hands-on experience and knowledge with the support from our dedicated Education Team.* Ongoing employment upon successful completion of the course.**What you'll bring**You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.To thrive in this role, you will have:* Current unrestricted registration as RN Division 1 with APHRA.* A minimum of 6 months registered nursing experience in the Emergency Department or equivalent acute setting.* Proven ability to work independently as well as working collaboratively within the team.* Critical thinking ability and demonstration in prioritising patients' care.* Commitment to furthering knowledge and continuing professional development.You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.**Ready to help us shape the future of healthcare?**Join us and make a meaningful difference in people's lives - and your career.Are you ready to apply for this role?
