* Employment Term: Permanent part-time (4 days per week)
* Location: Bundaberg
* Remuneration: $51 per hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)
About the Role
The Counsellor/Group Facilitator will support individuals and families experiencing separation, high conflict, and emotional stress through counselling, group facilitation, and case management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, counselling, psychoeducation, referrals, and case management to parents.
* Co‐facilitate the Business of Parenting Groupwork.
* Support children and families through referrals and case collaboration.
* Complete risk assessments and safety planning for domestic and family violence clients.
* Adhere to organisational processes for managing client risk and case delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of a Bachelor level degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioural Science.
* Eligible for membership with APS, AASW, or PACFA.
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
* Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card).
* Willingness to undergo a criminal history check.
