ATOM Karratha is on the lookout for a motivated and customer‐focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — from helping customers across the counter to processing orders, supporting sales activity and keeping the branch running smoothly.

ATOM is a leading Australian supplier of industrial hardware, safety equipment and workwear, with over 40 years of experience supporting Mining, Civil, Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering and Government industries. Our Karratha branch is known for its strong team culture, customer focus and commitment to getting the job done.

About the Role

Based in our Karratha branch and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be a key part of the team delivering excellent service to our customers.

This role combines internal sales, front counter service and customer support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a busy team environment.

* Assisting customers at the front counter with enquiries, purchases and product advice
* Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Recommending products and solutions to meet customer needs
* Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
* Supporting Territory Managers with sales enquiries and order processing
* Maintaining strong relationships with customers through great service
* Contributing to the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the branch
About You

You're someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a team environment. You're organised, proactive and take pride in delivering excellent service.

You'll Bring
* Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade counter roles
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* A positive attitude and solutions‐focused mindset
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Basic computer skills and confidence working with systems
* A team‐first attitude and willingness to pitch in when needed
* Experience within industrial supplies, safety equipment, hardware or trade‐related industries would be an advantage but is not essential
