We are seeking a highly capable and commercially focused Sales Operations Manager to join our Residential team, driving performance, efficiency, and strategic alignment across our sales function. This key role sits at the intersection of sales, finance, and operations ensuring systems, processes, and reporting frameworks enable scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimise sales operations processes, systems, and workflows
* Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts
* Drive accurate pipeline management, reporting, and performance analysis
* Oversee CRM integrity, governance, and continuous improvement
* Develop and track KPIs to enhance sales productivity and accountability
* Support pricing strategies, contract management, and commercial decision-making
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and growth
* Support, lead, mentor, and develop the sales operations function
About You
Proven experience in a Sales Operations, Commercial, or Business Operations role
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and CRM system experience (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
Commercially astute with a strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue drivers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process discipline
