Part-time (22.5 hours) Brow and Beauty Expert position located in Kildare Village. The role involves achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Consistently meet individual retail sales goals as agreed with the counter manager.
* Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to customers, aiming for high satisfaction and repeat appointments.
* Collaborate with team members to reach counter and business sales targets.
* Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
* Complete daily and weekly worksheets for sales tracking and assist with counter-manager administration.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
* Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
* Passion for makeup and retail with a focus on sales targets.
* Result-oriented and willing to exceed sales expectations.
* Desire to provide a unique customer experience that fosters loyalty.
* Flexible availability (weekends, late nights, bank holidays, holiday periods).
* Minimum six months retail experience with a passion for sales success.
