Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Edgecliff offices in Sydney, NSW. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing communications such as calls and emails, organising and maintaining schedules, and providing support to executives. Other responsibilities include performing clerical tasks, managing documentation, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Salary: $55k plus super
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Dress: Smart Casual
Responsibilities

* Organising meetings with current CRM book of clients
* Proficiency in clerical skills, including organising, filing, and documentation
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Gmail for Business and organising Pipedrive our CRM
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site work environment
* Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
* Relevant certification or diploma in office administration or a related field is an advantage
