We're looking for a Senior Finance Sales Consultant to drive loan conversions end-to-end, owning the customer journey from application to settlement, acting as the face of Driva, and closing deals while delivering a consistent 5-star customer experience.

What you will do
Sales & Customer Conversion
* Own high‐intent, high‐volume finance applications from assessment to settlement
* Lead discovery, objection handling, negotiation and closing
* Manage a high‐volume pipeline to maximise conversion and volume of settlements
* Upsell warranty, insurance and aftermarket products as part of a seamless buying experience
* Act as the escalation point for complex cases and customer objections
Customer & Application Management
* Manage inbound and outbound customer communications (phone, email, SMS), providing clear product and process guidance throughout the journey
* Own CRM (Salesforce) case management, including document handling and application updates
Team & Cross-Functional Impact
* Support onboarding and training of team members
* Run projects, initiatives and experiments to lift team-level performance
* Partner closely with Credit and Settlements to deliver great customer outcomes
What you bring
* 4+ years of high‐performance sales experience managing pipelines of 100+ qualified prospects, with track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Expert objection handling, negotiation and closing skills
* Experience coaching junior sales agents highly desired
* Experience working in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments
* Strong communication, problem‐solving and time‐management skills
* Salesforce experience (2+ years preferred)
* Fintech or startup experience a plus
