This is your chance to be part of a high-performing, future-focused sales team that supports career progression and celebrates your wins.You’ll also travel for site visits, expos, and industry events — building your presence and our pipeline.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll be doing:Identify and unlock new business opportunities:You’ll research, prospect and qualify leads across key packaging, automation and manufacturing sectors, re-engage dormant accounts and support the wider sales team to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, including expanding our footprint in known facilities.Partner with technical and commercial experts:Work closely with senior sales leaders and engineers to translate complex customer needs into tailored automation proposals that drive long-term value.Be the face of HMPS Propac in your territory:Proactively conduct client meetings, attend site visits, support at trade shows and industry events, and follow up opportunities with discipline and care through our CRM and internal systems.Master and champion the full utilisation of our CRM:Coordinate activities, note discovery calls, complete meeting preparation and track your activity clearly in the CRM, becoming the master user of the system, sharing utilisation tips with the team and championing data driven decision making.Contribute to multi-brand growth:Support new sales across all our automation brands — HMPS, Propac and Engi-O — covering entry-level machinery through to complex, custom-engineered systems.What you’ll bring:Background in technical sales support, inside sales, or customer engineeringStrong interpersonal andcommunication skills, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholdersCommercial curiosity and a hunger to understand what drives buying decisionsSolid understanding of CRM and structured sales processesAbility to learn complex product lines and explain value to diverse stakeholdersConfidence to work autonomously while staying aligned to team goalsWillingness to travel within your region and interstate as needed, representing the company at events and joining meetingsWhat we offer:A clear pathway into senior sales and account management rolesDirect mentorship from national sales and technical leadershipAccess tosome of Australia’s most innovative automation projectsA team that celebrates wins, shares knowledge, and drives each other forwardNational exposure, cross industry selling experience, and growth-stage momentumA high-performance, supportive, and future-focused team cultureDesired Skills and ExperienceAt HMPS Propac, Australia’s leading machine manufacturers, we are passionate about delivering innovative end-of-line packaging automation.
