Job Role Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our General Medical Unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care. Your role involves hands-on clinical work, teamwork, problem-solving, and building meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
* Administer medications and complete observations to ensure patient safety.
* Provide mobility support and deliver wound care to improve patient outcomes.
* Prepare patients for tests and monitor changes in condition to provide high-quality care.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong clinical capability, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.

* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
