The ideal candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our service and management of a team of Educators.
* Develop high-quality programs that cater to diverse needs
* Manage program operations efficiently
* Support staff management and facilitate effective communication
* Ensure adherence to relevant policies and guidelines
* Contribute to administrative requirements and ensure accuracy in documentation
* Collaborate with families, educators, and the school community to provide an inclusive environment
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (or actively studying)
* Proven experience in assisting with programming and a passion for delivering exceptional childcare services
* Demonstrated skills in maintaining accurate administration and correct documentation in an OSHC setting
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* A valid Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People
