Talent, Growth, Leadership and Strategy team provides a holistic approach to organisational development where emphasis is placed on nurturing the individual talents of employees whilst fostering strong leadership to fully realise those talents and in so doing creating a motivating workplace environment where a performance culture thrives.Reporting to the Head of Planning and Implementation, this newly created role serves as the primary implementation specialist for enterprise-wide culture and employee experience programs and broader HR initiatives.Manage the operational delivery of organisation-wide culture transformation initiativesLead the implementation of employee experience strategies that drive engagement and satisfactionAnalyse employee experience data and trends to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines to support agreed HR initiativesMonitor program progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependenciesBuild and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues and external partnersPart time role - 4 days per weekWho are you?
